2. What Data We Process
We process the data you provide us through our contact, quote, and price calculator forms, by email, or by phone: name, email, phone number (optional), company, service of interest, and the content of your message. We also process browsing data in accordance with our Cookies Policy.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence
To respond promptly, received inquiries may be processed by an artificial intelligence-based assistant that drafts informative responses under the supervision of our team. No automated decisions with legal effects on you are made. You can request to be served by a person at any time by writing to info@marketerosweb.com.
5. Data Retention
We retain inquiry and quote data for as long as necessary to handle them, and up to 2 years after the last contact if no business relationship is formalized. Customer data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, thereafter, for the statutory limitation periods (6 years for commercial matters and 4 years for tax matters). Data processed based on consent is retained until consent is withdrawn.
6. Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties unless required by law. Third-party service providers acting as data processors under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR may access your data: web hosting and email providers (Contabo GmbH and IONOS SE, with servers in the European Union), analytics tools (Google), and artificial intelligence providers (OpenAI).
7. International Data Transfers
Some of these providers, such as Google or OpenAI, may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Your Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to info@marketerosweb.com or by postal mail to the indicated address, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you consider that we have not properly addressed your request, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
